Our philosophy is that delicious, traditionally prepared food is the foundation for great health and overall wellbeing.

This means, every seasonal gathering menu is thoughtfully crafted to satisfy your taste buds and soothe your soul. What we offer isn’t a cooking class as such, but a special gathering where you will prepare, cook, learn, share and just be with other kind humans who love food. A way to reconnect to you, your food source (locally sourced and organic), your community and to nature.


Acknowledgement of Country

In the spirit of reconciliation, Dandelion and Mallow acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. In particular we acknowledge the Wodi Wodi people of Dharawal Country, the land on which we live and, on which we create our nourishing meals. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today. We are inspired by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ unique cultural and spiritual relationship to sustainable living and food preparation and humbly acknowledge the significance of their knowledge and experience.
