Haven Island Oysters

Using recycled materials for infrastructure, compostable packaging and crushing waste oyster shells for local organic farms, this family-run business is truly committed to sustainable oyster farming practices. And, they supply us with succulent oysters too.

Heart & Sol Organics

A veritable treasure trove, tucked away, just off the main street in Kiama, this is the perfect spot for us to source our organic food, and fresh produce.

Honest to Goodness

Starting off as a market stall and now boasting a huge range, this Sydney-based retailer has remained true to stocking only products which adhere to the strict criteria of being Australian Organic Certified. We especially love their organic dry goods.

Kangaroo Valley Olives

Just like their name suggests, these olives are grown and packaged in Kangaroo Valley and, it’s all done by locals, making them a perfect fit for us.

Kangaroo Valley Pastured Eggs

Owned and run by a small family in Kangaroo Valley, their chickens have access to fresh grass daily allowing them to live their lives in a natural setting, producing the most amazing eggs.

Kiama Fisheries

Supporting local fisherman and sourcing only the best seafood on offer in the Shoalhaven, we rely on Kiama Fisheries for our prawns, fish and shellfish.

Loquacious means talkative. They encourage conversations about health and wellness. Their kombucha is crafted in small batches using a traditional two stage fermentation method. Only high quality loose leaf organic tea, raw organic sugar, real fruits, herbs and spices are used.

Mauger’s Meats

Since 1972, this family-owned business has been providing the finest quality meat, direct from their farm in the Southern Highlands. This is why their pastured, grass-fed beef and lamb is part of our seasonal menus.

Moonacre’s Farm

Another Southern Highlands staple, we love the fresh, organic veggies grown here. Another bonus is their Soil Project, a perfect reflection of their commitment to the ethical production of food.

Mountain Range Farm

Not only is this a productive, certified organic vegetable farm, Mountain Range Farm functions with an emphasis on social enterprise and environmental projects. For this reason, their delicious herbs and veggies work perfectly in our recipes.

Murray River Salt

These premium salt flakes are produced using the concentrated brine sourced from the Mourquong Salt Mitigation Basin, ensuring saline water is not entering the precious freshwater resources of the Murray Darling Basin. Thus, producing a gourmet food product, and protecting our environment.

Nolan's Road

This property has been family-owned for three generations. The groves produce certified organic olives and the soil is consciously farmed, resulting in delicious, extra virgin olive oil which we adore.

Pecora Dairy

The flock of East Fresian sheep from this farm have been raised, and their milk and cheese produced, with the philosophy of treading lightly on this earth. The delicate flavour of their fresh, artisan Ewe’s milk curd is too much for us to resist.

Strong Organics are local Certified Organic vegetable growers in the Nowra area. They currently have two farms one at Falls Creek and one at Terara.

Terrewah Farm

Named in appreciation of the beautiful land in Kangaroo Valley on which you’ll find this farm, this is the source of our delicious, organic veggies. Terrewah Farm also bring us produce from neighbours including Fox & Quail Farm, Kangaroo Valley Harvest, Carol Hill Potatoes, Yarrawa Estate, Winderong Farm, Wombat Creek Farm, Infinity Agriculture, The Patchy Growers, Braidwood Food Company and Caterina in Kangaroo Valley.

The Pines

This family-run micro-dairy was established over 150 years ago. They farm with an emphasis on quality and sustainability, which is why their local cow’s milk, cheese, yoghurt and gelato sits proudly in our meals.
